Standard Delivery (Free)

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days, alternatively you can request a specific day at checkout, with delivery within three (3) business days of despatch.

Delivery Details.

    • All products are packed with mail order packaging standards
    • 2 man delivery for larger furniture items
    • 1 man assisted delivery for smaller furniture items
    • Parcel service for smaller products & giftware including accessories
    • Fully track-able delivery service using your trade account dashboard
    • Delivery of goods to the end customer’s location or room of choice**
    • Eco-friendly removal & disposition of all packaging material**
    • Signed proof of delivery for easy record keeping using state-of-the-art smart handset. However this is not applicable for smaller products.
    • If you provided a mobile phone number, a text message will be sent to you to confirm delivery date. In addition, the crew will phone when they are en route**

    * only applies to the first attempted delivery, and is for mainland Great Britain only, offshore and international customers will be charged the carrier’s standard rates.

    Europe & North America.

    As an approximation orders within Europe can take 2-5 working days from despatch, North America/Asia/Africa/Australasia 4-10 working days. Please email us at info@denzilla.com for more details.

    Exceptions

    • For 2-man delivery items, a fully trained and equipped delivery team will come to your customer’s home will bring the product(s) inside to your room of choice.
    • The delivery team will not be able to bring your order up more than one flight of stairs, unless there is an elevator on the property which they can use
    • If you provided a mobile phone number, a text message will be sent to you to confirm delivery date. In addition, the crew will phone when they are en route.
    • This is only applicable for larger furniture items, 2 man
      Customer signs for delivery for 1-man and 2-man. If the item requires a signature, the driver will leave a notice behind for customer with instructions on how to proceed with receiving the shipment.
    • Packaging waste removal is applicable for 2 man delivery only.

    Denzilla hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, we realise that occasionally this isn’t always the case. If there is an issue with a product on your delivery then please contact us via email to info@denzilla.com in the first instance. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues with a digital camera and email relevant photographs. This will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed and identify any product issues. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being being arranged

    We accept returns on account of any manufacturing defects. This includes free collection of the defective merchandise. T’s & C’s apply.
    We accept returns on account of transit damages. This includes free collection of the merchandise. T’s & C’s apply.
    To apply for a refund please contact us, as all refunds must be agreed in writing.
